Jewellery Products and to earn or use Premium Gold Points. Screenshots,

Q4: As a Silver Card member, can I upgrade to Gold Card or
Platinum Card membership through accumulated spending?
A4: A Silver Card member whose accumulated purchases
(excluding Gold Jewellery Products) within one year reach $10,000 may be
upgraded to Gold Card membership, or upon reaching $100,000 to Platinum Card
membership. The HK JEBN member tier of a member whose single purchase of Gold
Jewellery Products reaches $100,000 or $1,000,000 may be upgraded to Gold Card
or Platinum Card respectively. Amounts spent on Gold Jewellery Products are not
cumulative.
Q5: What is the difference between a principal card and a
supplementary card?
A5: Silver Card has a principal card only; Gold Card and
Platinum Card each have a principal card and a supplementary card. The
principal card can earn and use points; the supplementary card can earn but not
use points.
Q6: Does the membership card expire?
A6: Member status is in principle valid indefinitely;
however, if no purchase is made for five consecutive years, the member status
and all points shall be automatically cancelled. Upon withdrawal by a member or
termination of the member status by the Company, all points and other benefits
shall be forfeited without refund in any form. The Premium Gold Membership has
a separate term (one year or five years). For details, please refer to the

Q7: What should I do if I lose my membership card?
A7: Members may report the loss or request a card reissue in
person at a store upon presentation of a valid photographic identity document.
A card reissue is subject to a points deduction or a card issuance fee (as
published by the Company), and the remaining available points will be
transferred to the new card.
Q8: How can I purchase Gold Jewellery Products?
A8: Gold Jewellery Products are sold only to holders of a
valid Premium Gold Membership. Only HK JEBN Silver Card, Gold Card or Platinum
Card members may apply for the Premium Gold Membership. A non-member whose
single purchase of food products or other non-Gold Jewellery Products on the
same day meets the HK JEBN member admission requirements published by the
Company, or whose single purchase of Gold Jewellery Products reaches the
following amounts (Silver Card: $5,000; Gold Card: $100,000; Platinum Card: $1,000,000),
may, at the time of purchase, become an HK JEBN member of the corresponding
tier and apply for the Premium Gold Membership. For details, please refer to
