System Support

Main Duties:
  • Provide first-tier support of I.T. and Point-of-Sales (POS) related issues to internal users
  • Deploy, manage and maintain PCs, POS systems, Kiosks, printers, application systems and basic networking devices
  • Responsible for user support, system monitoring, inventory keeping, logging and documentations
  • Share workload on ERP application support
  • Prepare daily and weekly report to upper management
  • Occasionally work on holidays (on the basis of 5-day work per week)
 
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Information Technology or related discipline;
  • Min. 1 year hands-on experience in system support for Windows Platform
  • Holder of MCITP/MCP/MCSE/CCNA is an advantage
  • Knowledge in MS Windows Domain, Client, Mac OS, LAN/WAN and printers settings and troubleshooting
  • Proven track record on supporting POS system in Retail business is a plus
  • Good working attitude, responsible and service oriented
  • Strong communication, inter-personal skill as well as a good team player
  • Self-motivated and keen on learning
  • Disciplinary and punctual
